Cancellation Policy:

• Service Fee Cancellation: Subscribers may raise requests to cancel their service fee in times of malpractice or inconsistency in the availed services provided by the SEBI Registered Content Partners. This malpractice/inconsistency shall then be informed to the company (Tipsea Technologies Private Limited), and they shall be responsible for analyzing and determining the outcome (on a case-to-case basis). • Automatic Renewal: Our subscriptions are set to auto-renewal by default in case of credit card payment method to ensure uninterrupted service. If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

• Prorated Refunds: If a subscriber is granted cancellation of their services before the end of the billing cycle, they will receive a prorated refund (adjusted to monthly intervals) for the unused portion of their subscription fee.

Refund Policy:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to the service fee and do not include additional charges or fees, such as shipping costs or taxes.

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days after approval. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

• Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms and conditions.
